We are excited to announce that this year our Year 12 Grad Trip will be held at Tangalooma Island Resort on Moreton Island.

PAYMENT
Payment is not possible on ldsconventions.com (the same place you register). Stakes are responsible for collecting the funds. See your Stake for payment options.
DRESS STANDARDS
For the Strength of Youth standards apply.
TRANSPORT
You will need to provide your own transport to and from the event.
BISHOP OR BRANCH PRESIDENT APPROVAL
You must arrange to have an interview with your Bishop or Branch President ASAP after you register, and by (date TBC) at the latest. Your Bishop or Branch President needs to approve you on ldsconventions.com. Please remind them when you have your interview.
PARENTAL FORM
Those who are 16 and 17 years old on Monday 18th November 2024, your parent or guardian must sign the church “Permission and Medical Release form”. This form needs to be emailed to [email protected] when you register.
If we have not received your form by (Date TBC), your registration will be cancelled.
TANGATOURS INDEMNITY AND MEDICAL GUIDELINES WAIVER FORM
The Tangatours Indemnity and Medical Guidelines Waiver form must be signed by ALL who attend to access all the resort equipment and emailed to [email protected] when you register. Those over the age of 18 can sign themself. Those under the age of 18, your parent or guardian must sign.
If we have not received your form by (Date TBC), your registration will be cancelled.
