Registration Approval

Registration requires approval from your Bishop/Branch President by Sunday, 7 November 2021, which is when final payments and permission forms are due. You should prepare spiritually, physically and financially to attend the event. Once your registration has been approved you will be notified by email. All notifications will be sent to your email address and to your parent/guardian’s email address as provided by you on the registration form.


Approval of your registration is primarily based on your willingness to abide by the Code of Conduct and in the For The Strength of Youth booklet. Please take the time to read, understand and commit to these requirements to avoid disappointment as the event approaches.

Updating Registration Details

If you need to update your registration details, for example your email, phone or address, ward, stake, date of birth, or any special dietary and medical needs, please contact the Grad Trip Committee at year12gradtrip@gmail.com with this information.


Cost is $520.

You can pay the full fee or use the payment plan system with credit card on this site OR through the paper tithing slip to your Bishop or Branch President. 

When using the tithing slip please ensure the payment is recorded in the "Other" column indicating the payment is for "Grad Trip 2021".  NOTE: You cannot make payment for Grad Trip through the Church Online Donation system or by credit card. Should you require any assistance or if you are having problems making payment, please contact the Grad Trip Committee at year12gradtrip@gmail.com, and we will assist you.

Cancelling Your Registration

If your circumstances change and you are no longer able to attend this event, please email the Grad Trip Committee to advise and we will cancel your registration, and we will refund any funds you have paid. You must cancel your registration by the cut-off date for when payments are due, which is Sunday, 17 October 2021. Please do this as early as possible, so another youth can participate. Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel after this date.

COVID-19 Notice

If you are sick or have flu like symptoms on the morning of the event, you will not be allowed to attend and you must notify us immediately. If you have paid money towards this event, unfortunately due to Tangalooma Resort guidelines there are no refunds allowed on the day of departure. If you are sick or have flu like symptoms, then we strongly encourage you to get tested for the virus.
