Registration Approval

Registration requires approval from your Bishop/Branch President by Sunday, 15 November 2020, which is when final payments and permission forms are due. You should prepare spiritually, physically and financially to attend Grad Trip. Once your registration has been approved you will be notified by email. All notifications will be sent to your email address and to your parent/guardian’s email address as provided by you on the registration form.


Approval of your registration is primarily based on your willingness to abide by the Grad Trip Code of Conduct and in the For The Strength of Youth booklet. Please take the time to read, understand and commit to these requirements to avoid disappointment as the event approaches.

Updating Registration Details

If you need to update your registration details, for example your email, phone or address, ward, stake, date of birth, or any special dietary and medical needs, please contact the Grad Trip Committee at year12gradtrip@gmail.com with this information.


Payment for the Grad Trip is made by credit card when you register online. You can pay the full amount upfront of $520.00 or pay by four equal instalments of $130.00 using your credit card. You can also pay through your Bishop using the Tithing slip, in the "Other" account indicating the payment is for "Grad Trip 2020".  NOTE:  You cannot make payment for Grad Trip through the Church Online Donation system. Should you require any assistance or if you are having problems making payment, please contact the Grad Trip Committee at year12gradtrip@gmail.com, and we will assist you.

Cancelling Your Registration

If your circumstances change and you are no longer able to attend this event, please email the Grad Trip Committee to advise and we will cancel your registration, and we will refund any funds you have paid. You must cancel your registration by the cut-off date for when payments are due, which is Sunday, 15 November 2020. Please do this as early as possible, so another youth can participate. Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel after 15 November 2020, as attendance numbers and payment to Tangalooma Island Resort must be provided by then.
